These countertops were never properly finished by the previous owners. The polyurethane coating never cured, and the countertops remained tacky and easy to mar. ESHI Builders stripped, sanded, refinished and buffed the countertops to perfection. The polyurethane process for proper layering and curing time took approximately 2 ½ weeks to complete. If you plan to DIY, leave ample time for curing between layers. It looks easy, but it is not.
